Though many people in Lesotho call themselves Christians, few have received biblical teaching or heard the gospel clearly.
We are looking for men or women to facilitate the birth of new discipleship groups by motivating, encouraging, and supporting local believers. The ideal candidate will have a gift and passion for discipleship, coupled with strong biblical knowledge that can be applied to identify and raise up discipleship group leaders in the various surrounding villages.
You will need a God-given passion for the lost and a desire to work in partnership with others. You will also need a willingness to learn the local language as well as humility and flexibility

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.
