Are you creative, a good writer, and enjoy videography?

You can play a vital part in creating powerful content to help the OM team in Lesotho to communicate and share what God is doing in Lesotho through social media platforms, video clips, blog posts, and/or articles for international publication.

It is essential that you have a good command of the English language and prior photography/videography experience would be highly beneficial. You would live and do ministry with the OM Team in Lesotho, visit local people in their homes and accompany various ministries, like Discipleship Training, Farming Training, Kids Ministry, international outreach teams’ visits, local church services, and many more. You will be recording and documenting the church planting and discipleship-making efforts in a cross-cultural environment for future training purposes.

Life in Lesotho is very simple, and you will experience the full beauty of rural living in the mountain of the “Kingdom of the Sky”.

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

Do you have a desire to work with men who are unemployed or find themselves in a depressed economic environment?  Are you interested to build capacity, recognise God-given gifting and enhance life skills? Do you have empathy to work with the vulnerable or marginalised over time? Do you have the heart and grit see isolated and unreached communities reached with the eternal hope of the Gospel?
Join our international team of 400 people from 50 different nationalities. We’re investing in young people and the opportunity to use and grow in your technical skills to keep a life-changing ministry operating. Being part of the on board community you will receive personal input through daily team devotions and other ship events as well as the opportunity to experience the culture of the international crew and staff and the countries the ship visits.
Life on the ships is fast-paced and can be intense. Come with a servant heart, an attitude to learn, and willingness to be flexible and this could be the experience of a lifetime. Many who have been on STEP bear witness to the huge impact it has made on their lives, and to how God has worked in and through them.
The Big Red Bus is an amazing ministry tool that is very well known among the Irish community, and YOU could become it's driver! You will be responsible to take the bus and it's team members to different places, and will be involved in it's practical ministries: kids clubs, street evangelism, youth meetings and coffee/tea bars. You'll also be responsible for the general maintenance of the bus and the safety of it's passengers.
