• Leading and supervision of church planting projects in Austria
• Networking with church planters, initiatives and organizations that promote church planting (ATC, PLANT! etc.)
• Networking with existing churches
• Strategic planning of further church planting projects
• Lead personnel and further their development
• Intimate relationship with Jesus
• Church that approves of and supports your ministry
• Team, leadership and communication skills  (adequate level of German with willingness to learn more and English)
• Experience in church planting and leadership
• Completed theology studies (not absolutely necessary)
• Flexible and independent working
• Enjoying working in an international team
• OM experience is helpful but not required

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

• Development and creation
As an Instructor at the Centre for Korean Language and Culture you will join efforts with other team members to build relationships with people from various schools, colleges, universities, and companies. It will be your job to make and implement lesson plans that will help your students to effectively learn the Korean language. You will be involved in organizing cultural learning experiences to teach about Korean culture.
Children at risk… of what or from whom you may ask? Many of them are at risk of being abandoned to a cold institution away from their home, friends and family! Our main goal is to see children living in healthy families where they can reach their potential in all areas: social, physical mental and spiritual. This is done through therapy, training, and providing the needed resources.
