• Management and support of the Building Bridges teams in Austria
• Networking with projects among immigrants and personnel from other organizations
• Strategic planning and development of the ministry
• Lead personnel and further their development

• Church that approves of and supports your ministry
• Team and communication skills (adequate level of German with willingness to learn more and English)
• Interest in foreign cultures
• Passion for church planting
• Openness to build relationships with immigrants
• Experience in intercultural work and in leadership
• Flexible and independent working
• Enjoying working in an international team
• OM experience is helpful but not required

Live opportunities are unsalaried. Most people joining OM have to raise financial support to cover their living expenses, usually through gifts from home churches and other supporters.

OM in Belgium is looking for a sports evangelist. Sports and fitness are by far the most important cultural activities, with ⅓ saying they play sports regularly, and 70% saying they regularly do fitness. The gym industry was booming up to Covid-19, and people are looking for ways to get back looking good and feeling fit. This role is for someone who can be a credible sports or fitness coach, or build relationships by joining a local team or club, possibly playing in ranking competitions.
