During the past 50 years, millions of Bibles and other pieces of Christian literature have been distributed by OMers. Globally, countless numbers have encountered the gospel through OM teams, churches have been planted amongst the least reached, many have received practical help in the form of relief supplies, food, water, medicine, education, vocational training and other assistance. HIV/AIDS ministry has become a passion. Over 100,000 Christians have been trained and equipped in evangelism, discipleship and cross-cultural living.

After marrying in early 1998, we were trying to work out what God had in store for us. He graciously provided us with a large home in Hornsby but what should we do with it? After prayer it was clear that at this stage we were not being led to 'go out' into mission, so why not host a prayer meeting for those who were?
