  • Current rental space for OM – 145m²
  • Current rent paid – $30,000 per year
  • Size of new building – 1343m²
  • Size that OM will keep – approx. 400m²
  • Size that OM will lease to others – approx. 950m²
  • Expected lease income is $170,000 per year
  • The combination of saving $30,000 annually and receiving $170,000 will mean an extra $1million released for missions every five years.

This new office will facilitate the growth of this vision with extra space providing training rooms, rooms for interviews and debriefing, and a home for a growing vibrant team wanting to share the story of what God is doing, and how people can be involved.
