2000km Walk - Week 12 - The end is in sight

The end of the 2000 Walk is in sight!!!

“It's our home town of Stanthorpe. Only 8 days to go. For the first time in the 73 days and 1818km since we started out, we have seen a road sign with the name of our town marked on it!!” says Andrew Carnell

“Can you imagine how exciting that is for us. We feel like we're almost home! the distance of 182km that is left for us to walk seems soooo little compared to what we have already covered.”

Anyone who would like to join the 2000k walkers is welcome to join not only for the final celebrations at the "finish-line" on Thursday Nov 11th, but also to walk some of those last kilometres together - 28km, 10km, 6km or even just the very last kilometre.
