More Member Care in Papua New Guinea

I was chatting with Kini Kila – the leader of OMPNG – last week and was disappointed to hear that their data projector and computer had recently been stolen. In a country like PNG there are not funds to replace these items. I emailed a group of friends here in Australia and explained the need. Within 2 hours more than the full amount had come in and I have been able to buy brand new equipment to bring as a gift from OMA to OMPNG. The generosity amazed me, and now is blessing Kini and his team. To me this is a small picture of how a country like Australia – rich in many ways, can come alongside and bless the faithful committed workers of a country like Papua New Guinea.

A permanent home as a base for mobilising Australians for Global Mission. In my observation, the leadership of OM Australia are taking a wise and faithful step in this bold initiative. The need, the timing, the location and the investment all stack up. I hope that friends in Australia will come alongside to make these plans a reality.
