The churches of Bruay-la-Buissière and Auchel (northern France) are mobilising for a week of evangelism in their community. They would love to have your help! Come and work side by side with French believers, taking the gospel out into the streets.

Working in a support role for Impact Ireland 2011, you will be serving the Impact teams throughout the orientation conference and outreach by praying for them and with them, and providing hospitality and catering services at Lacken House.

The programme consists of practical missions training and outreach to the various people groups in Panama. After the training you will be travelling to different regions doing friendship evangelism, open air evangelism and working alongside local churches

Teaching English the Roma people is a great tool to interact and create relationships with people from the Roma minority.

Participants will focus on one of the most unevangelised areas of the world - the east of Turkey - in order to reach individuals and families through street evangelism and the creative arts. People gifted in any of the performing arts are welcome. We will also distribute a unique and powerful video, called More Than Dreams. Contacts will be linked into an extensive followup system.

We will encourage some village churches in their effort to establish a regular Sunday school after last evangelistic summer camps. We will visit houses for children with special needs and possibly some other institutions. We will visit some orphanages in the Vinnitsa region, bringing gifts for the children and doing Christian programs for them, using stories, songs, drama, games, sports, puppets and other tools.

Over the new year period, many people have time off and think about new year resolutions. This is an ideal time to befriend people and bring them news of hope for the future. Together with many international young people and working alongside several churches, you will be reaching out to people with the love of God and the message of the Gospel in and around Birmingham. Starting with our "Toolkit" course, you will learn the essential skills to be able to share the Gospel confidently, work on a multi-cultural team and develop in your prayer life and personal walk with God. An outdoor adventure week is part of the team building and leadership development training. Having learnt the basics, you will then join an international team working in close partnership with a church. You will impact adults, youth and children's lives through your outreach. As you reach out to the community, you will establish friendships and have many opportunities to share your faith in many different ways. You will carry on receiving training as you develop in your ministry.

Every day you will have English classes taught by qualified teachers and time to apply your English learning. During the classroom lessons, qualified teachers will help you work on your speaking and listening skills, basic grammar, pronunciation and learning new vocabulary. Then you will practise your English as you talk to local people in the community.
