One of the biggest problems in the Albanian church is that many of the young people need to move to larger cities or out of the country to find work. Most of these believers want to stay in their home towns and help in the church but are unable to find work to support their families.

OM Albania has a desire to help these people start their own business, but needs someone with experience to come and pioneer this program. This person will need to be able to begin everything – train people in business, find donors to give loans, have ideas of businesses to start, etc. In the beginning this will be in one city, but there is the opportunity to expand it to other areas of Albania.

Organise the finances and keep the books for OM Greece!  We need someone with a gift for numbers and an organised frame of mind, who is willing to live and work in a pioneering environment.
This is a part time position because you will also be assigned to a church to serve where needed. There are also some team ministries that you will be part of, these may include mercy ministry, discipleship, youth work, or training, depending on your gifts and the current needs.

OM Greece, in partnership with local churches and I-Teams, has a faith goal of starting 5 feeding projects by 2015.  These projects offer not only free warm food, and clothing, but a chance for people to find welcome, a listening ear, and the message of Hope that comes from and through Jesus Christ.  Two such projects are currently up and running, a third is being started, but we need full time workers to commit to building them up!

OM Ireland’s Immersion programme is designed to immerse its participants in God’s word, gospel centred ministry, and cross-cultural missions. Immersion consists of teaching and training in a classroom environment at OM Ireland’s headquarters, Lacken House. Here, participants will be instructed in a wide range of topics including evangelism, hermeneutics and apologetics. In addition to a scholastic training emphasis, students are taught practical ministry skills, such as creative arts, as well as life skills like stewardship, living on your own, and time management.

The majority of the Immersion experience will occur away from Lacken House where Immersion teams will live and serve in villages and towns with partner churches, doing various types of ministries as indicated by field placement leader.

You are needed to support the International Office to take care of its workers, comply with local and international employment laws, organise and maintain the personnel department tasks.
