Web technologies are a vital part of OM's IT infrastructure and are used to make information available within the organisation, to the public, and to partner individuals and organisations.  The Web System Programmer will be part of an international team that is enhancing and expanding OM's external and internal web presence through the translation of business requirements into technical designs and functioning components.

Developers are needed to work on OpenPetra, an Open Source Software Project initiated by OM (www.openpetra.org). It will eventually replace OM's current in-house software package, Petra, which is used in over 90 locations worldwide and is vital for the stability and upkeep of OM's administration records and financial systems.

Create comprehensive IT training program for OM USA. To include planning, creating, and providing curriculum for tech training for all users: standard OM desktop tools (WIN7, MS Office, Adobe, Blackbaud Enterprise CRM, etc). Trainer to acquire or write materials such as learner’s guides, teaching notes, or test examples etc. Trainer will schedule and manage purchased training activities, otherwise Trainer will teach the courses using either traditional or electronic methods.
