MOS - Join OM Germany’s motivated team to serve guests from within Germany and all over the world.  Working together with a master chef, you will be providing three delicious meals each day for visitors and the OM Germany team.
A 200-year-old Mill in Mosbach, Germany has been converted into a conference centre which is home to OM Germany.

A person who not only can cook well but is able to view providing meals as a ministry is needed to provide food service for the OM USA office. The Coordinator of Food Services will work with the Director of Conferences and Events to plan and provide meals for special events, conferences held on the OM USA property, and team events.

AUFGABEN IM FSJ:
Einsatzort ist die OM-Zentrale in Mosbach (www.d.om.org). Hier wirst du im hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich und der Küche arbeiten (oder im handwerklichen Bereich). Je nach Bedarf gibt es Möglichkeiten in PR-, IT- und im Finanzbereich.

Just outside Brussels, in a town called Zaventem, OM has an internationally used conference facility called ZavCentre. ZavCentre provides up to a full board stay for missionaries travelling through, OM groups meeting, local Christians and others. Our center has around 35 beds and 5 small and large meeting rooms. Besides the conference center, OM wants to help the local church in reaching their purpose for Christ.

From cleaning to making beds and preparing coffee, all hands that serve are welcome to join us.

The Forterocca Business Manager is responsible for the management of the conference center with commercial accountability for planning, organizing and directing all center services including:

• reception/front of house
• accommodation
• promotions and PR
• financial
• facilities

The Business Manager must strike a balance between customer satisfaction and effective business management by working in close partnership with the Forterocca Program Director.

If you're a couple with plenty of energy, practical skills and a love for people, we need you! We're looking for someone to maintain our property and buildings, as well as manage our small guest house. You'll be rubbing shoulders with national believers and being a part of the remarkable work God is doing through the church in Pakistan.

You will be a part of a team that will oversee the hospitality, housekeeping, and various outreach and training conferences; including cooking, shopping, cleaning and stocking.

We are also looking for people with a heart for church planting. Helping with the Sunday church plant is also part of the job description. 

There are opportunities to get involved in other minsitries and training during the week as time permits.

YOU WILL

• be preparing conference- and bedroomes,
• welcoming guests,
• supervising untrained helpers (FSJ) and
• helping with catering-events.

There are also some bigger events like Freundestreffen and the GO-Conference in January.

HH - The OM- Team has taken over leadership and staffing of the Kids ministry “Insel Arche” (Island Arc). It is hosted and financed by a small Methodist church and helps children in poor neighbor hoods do home work, have a warm meal and play in a safe family environment. It has a Christian profile but welcomes children from many different nationalities and religious backgrounds.
By now a solid partnership has developed.

You will use your management and leadership skills to oversee the operations department to ensure smooth running, effective usage and further enhancement of the Lacken House property, the headquarters of OM Ireland.
