One of the biggest problems in the Albanian church is that many of the young people need to move to larger cities or out of the country to find work. Most of these believers want to stay in their home towns and help in the church but are unable to find work to support their families.

OM Albania has a desire to help these people start their own business, but needs someone with experience to come and pioneer this program. This person will need to be able to begin everything – train people in business, find donors to give loans, have ideas of businesses to start, etc. In the beginning this will be in one city, but there is the opportunity to expand it to other areas of Albania.

Although labor migration ensures economic survival of many rural families, its long-term consequences are horrific – the current increases in family breakdown and substance abuse and especially the rising rate of HIV infection can all be directly linked to labor migration.

Our development organization’s projects take a holistic approach to health education, addressing the facts related to sexual health, HIV infection and other health issues within a moral framework where deeper issues are also addressed.

OM Ireland’s Immersion programme is designed to immerse its participants in God’s word, gospel centred ministry, and cross-cultural missions. We need a property manager to help with the day to day maintenance of our training center.

What pictures come to mind when you think of being a missionary? Unfamiliar foods? Sharing the Gospel? Mosquitoes?

We can provide these and many other new experiences in Kabwe, Zambia.  We are trusting the Lord to provide us with a Site Manager for our Building Project.

Zambians Love sport and soccer is a universal language.

These are all just words to some people, but to you they may just be what God has been speaking to you about recently.

If God has gifted you as a teacher of special needs children, then perhaps He is encouraging you to come to Kabwe, in Zambia to teach some of the children here.

Life in Africa involves traveling long distances on poor roads.  Without our vehicles we would be very limited in our effectiveness.

Would you be willing to join our team in Zambia to help maintain and repair our fleet of vehicles? We also need someone to help us with driving within Kabwe, and also to Lusaka. Creativeness,innovativeness and loads of patience are key to excelling in this responsibility.

OM Zimbabwe needs someone to assist in the area of creative new initiatives to develop sustainable support for missionaries.
This includes mobilising Christian business people with a heart for mission; training individuals and churches in the area of giving/ stewardship; and pioneering new ideas for missionaries to generate their own income on the field.

Along with the church in Zimbabwe, we are believing God for a movement of 500 Zimbabwean missionaries equipped and sent out.  This is a big vision! 

Would you come and help us mobilise churches to become actively involved in mission - coming alongside and equipping them to become involved in prayer for the nations, transforming their communities, experiencing short-term exposure, sending and caring for their own missionaries?

We need a training leader to help OM Zimbabwe!  We are believing God for the multiplication of wholistically missional churches with a long term goal of seeing 500 Zimbabwean missionaries equipped and sent out.

We plan to start a Discipleship Training early 2014, to develop a full missions training and preparation the following year to equip those from Zimbabwe being called and sent by God.  Come and help us!
