Short Description: Training for evangelism is a vital ministry within OM Lifehope. To design and deliver training on a wide variety of missions related topics. Bible teaching, doctrine, evangelism, discipleship, team building and worldviews are amongst the areas covered. Pastoral care and supervision of evangelism teams. Coaching in evangelism and mentoring individuals.

You will be part of OM Lifehope's international community, living and working alongside people from at least 15 different nationalities.

Requirements:

• Proven gifting in teaching, discipleship and training
• Theological education desirable
• Previous missions experience useful
• OM Lifehopeorientation and training to be agreed

Commitment Length: 2-3 years
