Early 2007 I was able to visit Cambodia where I felt God place a call on my heart to serve Him in a third world country. Combined with the passion I have for chidren I felt a very strong call from God that being involved in full time mission work is where He wants me.

I was looking for opportunities when in 2008 I was able to take part in the STEP programme when the Doulos visited Australia. I started looking at what OM was doing in Cambodia and around the world. Doors began to open and I could see God showing me that the next step was training. I believe the next phase God has for me is to take part in a six month training course in South Africa. This is part of a two year commitment to OM.

I am excited to see what God has for me following my training. I have been blessed with the support of my church, friends and famiyl who have encouraged me every step of the way. I want to thank you for being on this journey with me. Being able to be the hands and feet of Jesus Christ to hurting children is all I dream about.
