1) How much will the building cost? $2 million

2) How much will alterations and extras cost? We estimate this will be $400,000 bringing the whole budget to $2.4 million

3) How much space does OM Australia currently have? 165m²

4) How large is the new building? 1400m²

5) How much of this will OM Australia keep? 400m²

6) Where is the new office located? The address is 6/25-37 Chapman St, North Blackburn, only 5 mins by car from where we currently are.

7) Why do you want more space? We are growing and have been for many years.  The current facilities we have are great but we are very cramped.  We are restricted in how much training we can do by the size of the conference room and other factors.  We want to do more training and educating on a number of fronts.

8) What do you anticipate to be the revenue that you will receive? We currently pay approx. $30,000 a year in rent.  If we are able to rent out 1000²m, we are told by various independent real estate agents that we will receive approx. $170,000 a year in rent.  This would make approx. $200,000 a year available for OM Australia.

9) When will we settle on the property? We plan to settle in early December.

10) When will we move in? Sometime in the first quarter of 2012.

11) How long are you running this campaign? For 12 weeks only. The campaign will culminate in the week of November 18-26 when Peter Maiden, our International Director will be in Australia. We want to finish the campaign on Saturday night November 26^th with a thanksgiving service at our National Conference in Melbourne.
