OM (Operation Mobilisation) is a group of disciples organised into an interdenominational evangelical mission agency dedicated to fulfilling the Great Commission and training other disciples in the process.

We recruit, equip and send God's people, in partnership with the church, to share the love of Jesus with the world. We are involved in church planting, discipling, literature distribution, major literature projects and aid and development. We also run two ocean-going ships, as well as strengthening and working alongside local churches in more than 105 countries around the globe.

OM is a movement, not merely an organisation. A movement of people who take the Great Commission seriously and want to be disciples of Jesus Christ.

OM Australia is the national branch of OM. We seek to expand the mission vision of the local church by assisting Christians to get involved in missions at a partnership level and any way possible.

OM Australia is committed to:

• encouraging and supporting Australian churches to mobilise God's people into cross-cultural ministry in Australia and overseas
• establishing a firm financial base for all workers and ministries in Australia and overseas
• developing an effective pastoral care network
