Noddy, and his wife Alison, both grew up in the highlands of Papua New Guinea to missionary parents. Married in 2000, Noddy served for eight years on the staff of NewHope Baptist Church and almost three years pastoring at Heathmont Baptist Church before accepting the call to become National Director for OM Australia in 2012. Alison and Noddy have a deep love for God, a heart for people, a passion for the church and a desire to grow and develop leaders. They feel that in this new position the inheritance of mission passed down from their own parents is now being fulfilled and are excited to see the plans God brings to fruition for this organisation, as he grows his Kingdom around the world.

Jon and his wife Claire served overseas with OM from 1990 – 2000, based variously in Vienna, Istanbul, Tashkent and Carlisle. For 6 of those years Jon was OM’s International Finance Officer, drawing on his qualifications as a Chartered Accountant. Jon currently works in the air conditioning industry as an Executive Director of Seeley International. Previously he served as National Director of Alpha Australia for 7 years, and prior to that worked with Goldman Sachs JBWere and Deloitte. He also has qualifications in Economics and Business Administration, serves as Finance Director of NewHope Baptist Church in Melbourne, is a keen water skier and snow skier (though he admits to slowing down at both) and relishes the joys and challenges of parenting 4 school-aged children.

Rod is an experienced property developer who has operated in Australia, the USA and the UK. He became a Registered Surveyor in 1980 after graduating with an Honours degree in Building Surveying from UNSW. He is a Partner and Development Director of a Sydney-based company which project manages and constructs residential, commercial, industrial and hotel complexes.  Rod is also a Partner and Chairman for Realty Marketing Pty Ltd. Previously, from 1987 – 1991, Rod held the position of Executive Vice President for Citistate  Limited, his main responsibility being to set up the international development arm of the company in the USA and UK.  Rod is a Licensed Strata and Community Manager and a Justice of the Peace. Previously a Director of Habitat Australia Ltd, his length and depth of service on the OM Board has provided invaluable continuity.

Gary lives in Sydney where he works as the Chief Financial Officer for the Retail and Business Banking business of Westpac Bank. A qualified Chartered Accountant, Gary has more than 25 years experience in the Banking and Finance industry. He holds a Bachelor of Economics and Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. He is married to Allison and they have three children, Aimee, Nathan and Alexander. He is a member at St Matthews Anglican church in Pymble.

Jonathan lives in Sydney where he works as a corporate lawyer with national law firm Freehills. Originally from Perth, he completed Law (Hons) and Commerce degrees at the University of Melbourne. Jonathan is currently President of the Young Lawyers Section of the Law Institute of Victoria and a member of the University of Melbourne Faculty of Business and Economics Alumni Council. He is a keen sportsman and enjoys travelling and camping.

Jonathan was born and raised in Melbourne and studied in Sydney, receiving a BA from UNSW. He ran various businesses in Sydney before joining OM and serving on the Logos ll for three years. In 2001 he became the OM Australia National Director until 2012. Jonathan lives in Melbourne with his wife and 3 sons and continues to work with OM as Pacific Regional Director for OM East Asia Pacific.
